iPhone & iPad apps
- Restore a purchase: open the app's Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases. Pro is shared with your Family Sharing group.
- Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Mac licences and iPhone purchases are separate: a licence bought on oxidapps.com doesn't unlock an App Store app, and the other way round.
