Try before you buy
Every Oxid app is free to try for 7 days from first launch, with all features unlocked and no card required. After the trial some apps keep a reduced free mode and others stop until you buy a licence — either way, everything you created with the app stays readable. We strongly encourage you to use the trial to make sure the app fits your workflow before purchasing.
No refunds after purchase
Because every app offers a generous free trial, all sales are final. You have ample time to evaluate the software before committing to a purchase. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or failure to use the software.
Exceptions
We may consider a refund in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- A critical bug that prevents the app from functioning, and we are unable to resolve it in a reasonable timeframe
- Accidental duplicate purchases
These are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
What happens if a refund is granted
- Your license key will be deactivated
- The software will revert to free-tier functionality
- If you bought several licences in one order, refunding that order deactivates all of them
- Bundle refunds deactivate all products in the bundle — a bundle is a single key covering every app in it
- A partial refund — for example a tax correction, or one item from a larger order — does not deactivate anything
Because a licence covers one Mac, buying for several Macs means several licences on one order — so the two rules above meet: a full refund of that order deactivates every licence on it, and a partial refund deactivates none of them. If you bought the wrong number by mistake, ask us to refund the whole order and buy again; that is cleaner than trying to unpick one licence from it.
