Refund Policy

Try Before You Buy

All Oxid Apps products include a free trial period (7-30 days depending on the app) with full access to all features. We strongly encourage you to use the trial to make sure the app fits your workflow before purchasing.

No Refunds After Purchase

Because every app offers a generous free trial, all sales are final. You have ample time to evaluate the software before committing to a purchase. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or failure to use the software.

Exceptions

We may consider a refund in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• A critical bug that prevents the app from functioning, and we are unable to resolve it in a reasonable timeframe
• Accidental duplicate purchases

These are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

What Happens If a Refund Is Granted

• Your license key will be deactivated
• The software will revert to free-tier functionality
• Bundle refunds deactivate all products in the bundle
