Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By purchasing, downloading, or using any Oxid Apps software ("Software"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on the number of devices specified at purchase (typically one device per license). You may not sublicense, resell, or distribute the Software.

3. Per-Device Activation

The Software requires online activation tied to a specific device. A license key can only be activated on the number of devices allowed by your purchase. Sharing license keys or circumventing device restrictions is prohibited and may result in license revocation.

4. Updates

Your license includes all future updates to the major version purchased. We may release new major versions as separate products at our discretion.

5. Bundles

Bundle purchases include all products listed in the bundle at time of purchase. Products added to a bundle after your purchase are not automatically included.

6. Free Tier

Some products offer limited free functionality. The free tier may be changed at any time. Features requiring a paid license are clearly indicated in the Software.

7. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use the Software for unlawful purposes
• Share, distribute, or publicly host license keys

8. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all code, design, and documentation, is owned by Oxid Apps. Your purchase grants a usage license, not ownership.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use of the Software is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oxid Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

11. Termination

We may revoke your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the Software. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
