Which devices get the AI actions?

The AI actions run on Apple Intelligence: iPhone 15 Pro or later, iPad mini with A17 Pro, or an iPad with M1 or later, with Apple Intelligence turned on in a supported language. Text recognition, scanning to PDF, combining PDFs, table to CSV, finding contacts and dates, redaction, read aloud, translation and transcription work on every device with iOS 26. The app shows what yours can do.

Is anything uploaded?

No. The model is Apple’s, and it runs on your device. There is no Oxid account or server and no analytics. Apple may download language and speech files to your device the first time you translate or transcribe.

Which languages can it transcribe?

You choose the language you speak on the Record screen, from every language your iPhone or iPad can transcribe. Each language’s speech model downloads once, the first time you use it.

Can I trust what it pulls out?

Every extracted value is checked against your text. Anything that isn’t there is marked “Check this”, and a PDF answer shows its pages or says the answer isn’t in the document.

Is Pro a subscription?

No. Pro is $2.99 once in the US (local prices vary by country), shared with your Family Sharing group. The AI runs on your own device, so there is nothing to charge for monthly. Every single-item action stays free with no daily limit.
